Genesis is self-hosted software. The Genesis Gateway runs on your own machine and stores conversation state, channel credentials, and model auth profiles locally under ~/.genesis/. No telemetry is sent to genesis.pixelzx.com by default.

Data we process

Local data: Channel credentials, model API keys, agent auth profiles, and transcript caches live on your machine. They are never uploaded by Genesis itself.
Third-party providers: When you use a model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, etc.) or a channel (Discord, Slack, Telegram, etc.), your prompts and message contents go directly from your Gateway to that provider under their own privacy terms.
Installer downloads: Hitting genesis.pixelzx.com/install.sh or related URLs logs a standard web request (IP, user-agent, timestamp) at the hosting provider (Cloudflare). These logs are not joined to user identities.
